the food at the pool was good and the staff are so excellent there.
when i arrived, they gave me a room next to a loud night bar. i complained, then they changed my room at midnight. the new room faced the road so it was not really better.

underwhelming stay with some issues
slow check-infaulty air conditioning
the check-in process was slow and disorganized. i had to wait almost 30 minutes just to get my room key, it was frustrating after a long travel. also, the beautiful double room with two double beds pool view theme park access had a faulty air conditioning, it made loud noises all night long. it was hard to sleep and the staff couldn't fix it until the next day. the noise, faulty air conditioning

the gym had updated equipment. i used the treadmills and stationary bikes. i found the breakfast buffet provided many choices. the theme park access was free and convenient for my family.

the room was clean with basic amenities. the bath tub and shower were great!!! i tried the eforea spa. i had a full face and body treatment with scrub. it left me feeling pampered and refreshed.
i was directed to contact the hh team without any direct email reference. breakfast queue management could also be improved. guests were made to wait in line just to confirm room numbers.

The hotel is close to the Etihad Arena. It was very convenient. The spa service was excellent. Breakfast had a fantastic selection of real orange juice and granola. The coffee was very good.
